Shalom Falls Messianic Community is a grafted-in Messianic community in Wichita Falls. We are an assembly of believers with a focus on the study of Scripture from the historical Jewish perspective.

Shalom Falls Messianic Community was founded in December, 2017 by a group of believers who, along with Congregational Leader Brandon Carpenter, want to pursue in-depth study of the Bible in order to “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 3:18). We want to apply God’s truth in our lives, our relationship with Him, and our relationships with others. 

We believe that having an understanding of the Jewish context of the Bible illuminates the text and “connects the dots” in a way the Jewish authors intended. By learning the historical context of God’s Holy Word, we are able to more fully comprehend Yeshua’s message to the people of his day and gain a better grasp of what the Scriptures are teaching.
